I installed your app on Firestick but EPG and VOD is empty

This is usually because your Firestick doesn't have enough storage to download our VOD or EPG content. This is could be caused by other running apps getting out of control and store too much data or using too much system resources when you're not actively using them. Can you please do the following,

1) Turn off background apps and processes

- From the home screen, go to Settings > Applications
- Select Manage installed applications
- Select the application you wish to turn off
- Either Force stop or Uninstall the app
- Do this for all the apps.

2) Clear app caches and data

- From the home screen, go to Settings > Applications
- Select Manage installed applications
- Note the information on the right about each app. You'll see how much space the app itself takes up, how much data it stores, and how large it's cache has grown.
- Select the apps that take up too much memory and use the Clear data and Clear cache options on the most consuming ones.

Once both things have been performed, open the Roomba TV app again and click on the "Update" icon to re-download the VOD and EPG content.
